Yes! Please do get the tracker working.

is there another way to access the tracker other than this site?

TRACKER!!! Come ON!

In the meantime, those vessels with AIS can be tracked on marinetraffic.com. Just go to the website and zoom in to Astoria. Seven vessels are currently at the start.

VesselFinder.com is doing the same thing. 7 boats. Kinetic takes the early lead (of boats showing). Go the Car!

Sooooo frustrating! Want to see the race!!!

Sounds like a romping start to the race.

We are working on the problem. You can clock on the world wide ship link at the bottom of the page to see were the boats with AIS are (they may have turned it off)

For anyone trying to track Wave Dancer, I talked to the race captain. Not aware of any problems, probably just forgot to turn it on.

Why wouldn't Neptune's Car be updating its postion?

Anonymous said...

Thanks for the update on Wave Dancer!

New at this. I'm not seeing progress on the boats all the sudden. Are they going through dark zones with no towers for reporting or is this satellite?
