PHRF Update and Wind Direction Change

Free Bowl of Soup leads the PHRF Fleet approaching Cape Flattery and the turn, looks like some boats may make it to the turn before midnight.

Winds have swung around to the WSW at 18-20 knots; close behind "The Soup" is Riva, Anam Cara and Kinetic, with Time Bandit rounding out the lead PHRF pack. All tracker updates quoted are after 7 pm.

Panama Red, California Girl and the Santa Cruz 27 Blade Runner are the next group.

Wyeast is moving along at a steady 6.8 knots, and is currently the most southerly boat in the race.

Looks like Kokopelli's last tracker reading was at 3:26pm. Wondering where their current position really is.

Cantata seems to have reversed course..., any news on why?

Not sure, Cantata does indeed appears to have been heading SSE for the last 45 minutes......we've had some deviations on individual boat trackers.....

As of 8:26 pm, Cantata appears to be continuing to head in a Southeasterly direction (if the sail tracker is to be believed).
She is currently in the vicinity of the sailing vessel Turnagain, who appears to be heading in the opposite direction Northward. No further information is available.
