To register for the race, simply click on the button to the left. The link will take you to Regatta Network, and you’ll fill out electronic forms. Easy peasy.

Note: We will only be registering electronically through Regatta Network. If you need support, email the race captain at: race.captain@cycportland.org.

Download the Notice of Race (NOR) for the 2024 Pacific NW Offshore Yacht Race or go to the Notice Board to get all downloadable documents and forms.

Download the Sailing Instructions (SI). Note that these instructions supplement the NOR and may be amended and updated from time to time up until the Skipper’s Meeting the night before the race begins. They will be available several weeks before that meeting.

Download the Safety Equipment Requirements (SER) Checklist or go to the Notice Board to get all downloadable documents and forms. This checklist must be filed in, signed, and submitted upon direction by your inspector, but in all cases prior to the skipper’s meeting. You will use it during your SER Inspection.

Download the Skipper Waiver or go to the Notice Board to get all downloadable documents and forms. It must be submitted no later than the Skipper’s Meeting.
